Questionnaire & contract

I would like to get to know you a little better before we meet for our photography session. Please fill out this questionnaire so I can do my best to fit the session to your needs. Also make sure you read through all the terms & conditions.

Terms & Agreement:

Clients are not permitted to edit, alter, or apply filters to final images.
Rescheduling requires at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations may be subject to a fee.
A 50% booking fee is required to secure the booking. The balance to be paid before the shoot. No booking is official or confirmed until both the booking fee and this signed contract have been received.
The photographer is not responsible for weather conditions, outfit choices, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the session outcome.
If the client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no extra time will be added.
Liability Release:
I acknowledge that I have read and understood this agreement. I release the photographer from any liability related to personal injury, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances during the session.
